8. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Enrollment in the CDRE® certification program or any other Ilumni Institute program is subject to application approval and payment of applicable fees.

Refund Policy:

  • If you are not accepted into the program, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

  • Once accepted and enrolled, tuition fees are non-refundable after the program start date.

  • If you need to withdraw before the program start date, please contact us at support@ilumniinstitute.com to discuss your options.

  • Membership fees for ongoing programs (such as annual renewals) are non-refundable once processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program at our discretion. In such cases, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Ilumni Institute Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
