Chris Muellenbach is Wisconsin’s first and only Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) and has a record of success selling real estate, teaching, starting and growing real estate businesses. Partnering with a team of legal, financial, and mental health professionals, Chris strives to assure his clients they are in safe expert hands.

During his 20+ year career, Chris has assisted his clients in hundreds of real estate transactions, started, built and sold a real estate brokerage, designed and taught classes at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and real estate brokerages throughout Milwaukee.

Graduating from the Ilumni Institute’s master level training allows Chris to combine his passions for residential real estate, teaching, and helping people. The Certified Divorce Real Estate program is led by family law attorneys, judges, Certified Divorce Lending Professionals (CDLP™), and divorce real estate experts. Chris “represents the house” as an impartial third party. With his decades of experience, training, and education, he ensures the process is streamlined and amicable through neutrality and professionalism.
