Toktam Ettehadieh has over 14 years’ experience in residential and commercial Real Estate in the Houston area. She is among a select group of Realtors who’ve been Certified as a Divorce Real Estate Expert. She provides up-to-date data to the legal community and assists sellers in all arenas of real estate matters, including property involved in court transactions. Ms. Ettehadieh is experienced and trained as a neutral third party who manages divorce listings and provides housing market information such as values, sales, and market comparisons. In addition to her expertise in real estate specific to the Houston Market, Ms. Ettehadieh’s training as a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert™ gives her expertise in serving as a resource to family law attorneys in all aspects of real estate.
Ms. Ettehadieh’s experience includes being one of the Top Producing Agents in the City of Houston since 2010. This coupled with her being designated as a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert™ (CDRE®) brings her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism to the table in assisting the legal community in real property transactions. Additionally, Ms. Ettehadieh , holds a Master’s Degrees in International Affairs and Social Work as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Political Science. This all-around knowledge and education allow Ms. Ettehadieh to use her skills as a negotiator to be a diplomatic liaison between parties to assist them in finding solutions in even the most complex matters.
