Nikki Mason

Nikki Mason is a business executive, leadership strategist, and brand builder with more than 20 years of experience across sales, operations, and organizational growth.

Since 2020, she has served as Chief Operating Officer of Ilumni Institute, where she helps lead the organization's growth and operational strategy while expanding the nationally recognized Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) designation.

Before joining Ilumni, Nikki spent 15 years in sales and executive leadership in a top 10 Fortune 100 privately held company she also founded her own company focused on personal branding and leadership, coaching to build authentic brands, grow their confidence.

Known for pairing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Nikki is passionate about developing people, building scalable systems, and creating organizations that make a lasting impact.

Nikki earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Chico, where she developed a strong understanding of human behavior, communication, and organizational dynamics, skills that continue to shape her leadership approach today.

Above all, she is a proud wife and devoted mom to two energetic boys, who inspire her every day to lead with purpose, resilience, and heart.
