Bradford Davis is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert, CDRE (TM) and residential real estate broker associated with Keller Williams Greater Seattle and d.b.a. Just Real Seattle LLC. His practice serves Greater Seattle, the Greater Eastside and surrounding suburban areas. With more than 19 years of real estate experience across all residential property types, Mr. Davis brings a breadth of knowledge about real property sales as well as closing a variety of family law case real property transactions. The majority of Mr. Davis’ professional career has been dedicated to real estate. His expertise is commonly sought out by his clients and peers regarding acquisitions/dispositions best practices, market data and trends analysis, real property price opinions, and leading edge marketing.

With prior experience working on divorce cases as well as with minority clientele, Mr. Davis understands the importance of remaining the neutral third party advocate all his clients can rely upon. He will work diligently as a fiduciary to ensure his clients’ financial interests remain top priority. Mr. Davis has worked with legal personnel including attorneys and paralegals. He is also a partner/owner in his real estate brokerage firm, for which he has a covenant to teach and mentor firm associates.
