Born and raised in Hawaii, Judy got her law degree from University of Colorado, Boulder, and practiced Water Law there before returning home and practicing Admiralty Law in Honolulu for a number of years. More recently, she's been a Realtor Broker with Compass in Waimea on the Big Island, where her family has lived for over 50 years.
