Kay Mukaigawa is the President and Principal Broker of Engel & Volkers Honolulu, with branch offices located in Honolulu, Aiea, and Tokyo, Japan. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Realtor, Kay has earned the prestigious Aloha Aina "People's Choice" award and consistently ranks among the Top 100 Realtors in Hawaii.

Throughout her career, Kay has received multiple accolades, including being named the Building Industry Association's (BIA Hawaii) Associate of the Year, PBN's 40 under 40, and a Business Person of the Year finalist. She has also served two terms on the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA). Recently, Kay was honored as a Distinction honoree by the Girl Scouts Council of Hawaii, recognizing her significant contributions to the community. In March 2017, she will be celebrated at the Girl Scouts 100th Anniversary Distinction Gala.
