Leon Fruchtzweig, CDRE®, is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert who works with family law attorneys and their clients on real property issues arising in divorce, probate, and other court-involved matters. His practice centers on guiding parties through valuation questions, court-ordered and negotiated sales, and complex property decisions where neutrality and clear process are critical.
Mr. Fruchtzweig is trained through the Ilumni Institute and brings a structured, litigation-aware approach to real estate decisions, helping reduce conflict, manage communication, and keep transactions moving forward in both contested and cooperative cases. He works closely with counsel to support settlement strategy, minimize risk, and provide defensible recommendations when emotions or positions threaten to derail progress.
