Michelle began her career in 2006 with a strong foundation in property valuations, conducting Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for major financial institutions. She later served on the acquisitions team of a national investment firm, where she oversaw purchasing, rehabilitation, and marketing of residential properties. This background sharpened her skills in valuation, negotiation, and market positioning—critical tools in divorce-related real estate matters.
