Noel Russell is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) specializing as a neutral third party in challenging real estate transactions. He graduated from the Ilumni Institute’s Masters level training and follows a specific divorce listing protocol designed to prevent and mitigate conflict.

Mr. Russell’s years of experience working in a family law practice provides him a professional advantage. His legal experience gives him the ability to understand the pitfalls involved in divorce real estate transactions. Mr. Russell has a keen understanding of the unique nuances of the Tennessee real estate market. He is a top 10% producing agent and has sold more than 100 homes for over $31 million since 2020 alone. Mr. Russell conducts hundreds of property valuations annually and prepares comprehensive market analysis to facilitate client decision making. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market provides unmatched expertise to the family law community and their clientele. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has seven years of dedicated active-duty service in the United States Army.
