Pamela Moyers, CDRE®
KW United - Falls Church
Pamela Moyers has over thirty-three years of experience as a licensed Realtor in various locales — Oregon (Portland), California (SF Bay Area), Maryland and Northern Virginia.
Her approach is results-driven. Her strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and excellent communication skills have enabled her to achieve an exceptionally high degree of satisfaction among her clientele.
The daughter of a senior US Naval officer and a renowned public-school teacher, Pamela grew up in McLean and Arlington VA where she attended public schools. She is a graduate of James Madison University where she studied education and design. For several years, she worked as a teacher in Virginia public schools.
As a listing property specialist realtor, her success has been achieved by focusing on particular, well defined market segments: absentee owners, divorce situations, short sales, the specialized requirements of military personnel and government officials, foreclosures, expired listings and For Sale by Owner transactions. She is particularly adept at and experienced with handling complex transactions, e.g., deals involving multiple buyers, contentious inheritance- and other estate- and trust-related situations, etc. Her background in design has enabled her to stage homes properly, resulting in higher prices and faster sales. Her experience as a classroom teacher has equipped her to communicate effectively with individuals one-on-one, as well as in front of various sized groups.
Pamela is author of ‘Best Selling Options in a Divorce’ and Editor/Publisher of Real Estate Insights, a monthly newsletter covering the Northern Virginia area residential real estate market.
